Fitness Golf

Congratulations

Congratulations!

And Welcome To Be Golf Fit

You just took the first step, to gaining a better swing and a better golf game.

Welcome to Be Golf Fit!

We are excited to have you as a member.

To get you started, I recommend the following steps:

STEP ONE – GET YOUR EQUIPMENT

Whether working out at home or in a gym or club, decide where you are going to work out and assemble the following equipment

  • Exercise Ball
  • Foam Roller
  • 2 Balance Pods
  • Medicine Ball
  • Balance Disk
  • Resistance Bands with Handles (I recommend having a couple of different strengths)
  • Resistance Bands (I recommend having several strengths)
  • Optional: Free Weights

NOTES: Typically your gym or club will not have balance pods, balance disk or a foam roller. You may have to find those on our own, or you can buy the entire collection of recommended golf equipment from us.

WARNING: In one of our exercises we bounce a medicine ball off a wall. DO NOT bounce the medicine wall off any SHEETROCK wall. Sheetrock with a 4 or 8 pound weight thrown at it doesn’t hold up well, honest! Find a sturdier surface to use.

STEP TWO – PRINT OFF HANDOUT

Download and Print off the exercise handout. The golf fitness program consists of 36 exercises. To simplify your workout we have created an easy to read handout that includes a picture of the starting and ending position of each exercise.

STEP THREE – WATCH VIDEO

To learn how to perform each exercise correctly I recommend that you watch the video. This video contains clips from several of my personal training sessions. By watching this video you will easily learn how to perform each exercise and common mistakes.

STEP FOUR – START WORKING OUT

Start working out! We recommend your perform these exercises 2 – 3 times a week for the next 2 weeks.

At the end of your initial 2 weeks, you will progress to weeks 3 and 4 and your exercise routine will change.

Watch your email for weekly tips and instruction.

I really want to encourage you to take full advantage of what this program offers. If you commit to this program you will see an unbelievable improvement in your game. I want this to work for you.

Just remember you have to do a little work and work the program.
